Check cylinders for leakage.Cylinder piston assembly leakage.
Loader drops with control
valve spool in "centered"
position (no external oil
leakage evident.)
Note: A gradual drop
over an extended period
of time is a normal
condition.
Check for evidence of restriction in hydraulic
oil flow. Repair or replace defective
components.
Hydraulic hose, tubeline or quick disconnect
coupler restriction.
System relief valve
squeals.
Replace control valve and recheck.Control valve internal leakage.
Check and reset valve setting as needed.Relief valve setting below specifications.
Reduce load.
Excessive load in bucket. Weight exceeds
specified loader capacity.
A low hydraulic fluid to warm up to operating
temperature.
Cold Hydraulic Fluid.
Refer to Tractor Operator's Manual and
replace hydraulic oil using recommended
hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic fluid foaming due to improper
hydraulic oil usage.
Check for loose or defective connections
between reservoir and hydraulic pump.
Air leaking into suction side of hydraulic pump.
Check and refill hydraulic system to proper
level.
Low hydraulic fluid level.
Aeration of Hydraulic
Fluid(Generally indicated
by foamy appearance of
fluid).
