6.4 Pulling method when failure occurs
Inquire the company selling the product or the
fixed service company if the machine can not be
started because of failure.
At need, operate in the following order if the
pulling is definitely necessary.
1. Loosen the high pressure safety valve cover
on and below the main variable plunger pump;
loosen M8 nut and adjusting bolt. Do not take it
off.
2. Loosen 2 stopping brake M12 bolt and take out
2 plain cushions. Fasten the bolt.
Important
3. Pull the machine by balance weight pulling pin.
At this moment, the pulling speed is below 1km/h.
