Fuel system damage or engine performance problems resulting from the use of fuels other than
Unleaded Petrol, are not covered under the warranty policy.
STEP 3
. Check the air cleaner.
Unclip and remove the air cleaner cover. Remove the foam air cleaner element and inspect.
Check to ensure it is clean and in good condition.
Clean or replace the element if necessary (refer page 18 for air cleaner service maintenance).

Never run the engine without the air cleaner. Rapid engine wear will result from contaminants
such as dust and dirt being drawn through the carburettor into the engine.
