Bringing Milk to a Boil
Do not heat milk at temperatures exceeding 80°C, otherwise the milk may burn and reduce heating power
output. Only use speed levels 2 and 3 when heating milk.
Cooking with Ingredients
Do not overfill the unit, otherwise the cooking process may be slow to start and cooking time can increase.
Water may also collect at the filling hole on the lid.
The maximum capacity refers to pure liquids
If using additional ingredients, do not overfill. This can lead to cooking water overflowing.
CAUTION
Risk of burns! The attachment, blades and casing may become extremely hot during cooking. Al-
low all components to completely cool before removing and cleaning.
Cutting and Chopping
When cutting and chopping, do not use the highest setting. Soft vegetables tend to become mushy if the
highest setting is used.
Should vegetable pieces become wedged and clog the blade, stop the machine. Remove the plug from
the power source and remove unwanted pieces from the blade. The device can then be reconnected and
operation continued.
Pouring of Liquids
When pouring thick liquids, keep a distance of at least 20cm from the vessel. Ensure the liquid is poured
slowly and carefully.
Use a funnel for filling bottles. Hot liquids should be handled with extreme care.
