Dough
Select MENU function, choose DOUGH, and then, press ON/OFF.
• Ingredients: 500 g flour, 230 g water, 10 g olive oil
• Preparation: Place Water into the jar, And the put the flour and olive
oil in it, press ON/OFF and then wait 8 mins.
• Note: Default setting: Speed 2 / 8 mins. The highest speed is Speed
2, without heating.
• Kneader
Mix
Select MENU function, choose MIX, and then, press ON/OFF. The mix
function can mix mashed potatoes,or cut up the Soft food (such as
boiled eggs, mushroom)
• Apple/Pear: 600 g, cut into pieces, 15 seconds.
• Kale: 400 g, cut into pieces, 22 seconds.
• Potatoes: 200 g, cut into pieces, 25-30 seconds.
• Mayonnaise: 250 ml sunflower oil + 1 egg + 1 Tbsp lemon juice +
2 Tbsp mustard + 2 pinch pepper + ½ Tbsp salt, 90 seconds.

Chop
Select MENU function, choose CHOP, and then, press ON/OFF. The
Chop function can Cut up onion, carrot, or cheese (such Emmental).
• Carrot: 700 g, cut into pieces, 15 seconds.
• Onion: 50-200 g, cut into pieces, 10 seconds.
• Cheese: 200 g, cut into pieces, 20 seconds.

Blend
Select MENU function, choose BLEND, and then, press ON/OFF. This
can blend ingredinents such as sugar, wheat or chocolate.
• Chocolate: 200 g, 16 seconds.
• Bread: cut into pieces (3 cm), 25 seconds.
• Garlic: 1 piece, 5 seconds.
• Nuts: 250 g, 20 seconds.

Select MENU function, choose GRIND, and then, press ON/OFF.
This can grind, such as coffee bean, pepper, spice and so on, or blend
smoothie, such as Soup, smoothie and ice cream. Or it can chop some
harder food (such as Cheese).
• Coffee beans: 100-250 g, 90 seconds.
• Peppercorns: 30 g, 10 seconds.
• Rice: 100 g, 90 seconds.
• Sesame: 10 g, 25 seconds.
