Whisk
Select MENU function, choose WHISK, and then, press ON/OFF.
This can whisk butter and egg whites.
• Fresh butter: 200-600 g, 4 minutes.
• Egg white: 4 egg white, 4 minutes.
• Note: Default setting: Speed 4 / 4 mins. The highest speed is
Speed 4, without heating.

Milk
Select MENU function, choose MILK, and then, press ON/OFF. This
can warm up the milk
• Milk: 500-1000 ml, 8-12 minutes.
• Hot chocolate: 500 ml milk + 100-150 g chocolate in pieces,
10-12 minutes.
• Note: Default setting: Speed 2 / 12 mins / 80 °C. The lowest
speed is Speed 2, the highest speed is Speed 4, the highest tem-
perature is 90 °C.

Cook
Select MENU function, choose COOK, and then, press ON/OFF.
This can cook soup (such as Tomato soup with eggs, Barley soup
and so on.)
• Tomato soup with eggs: 10 g oil + 250 g tomato in pieces + 500 ml
water + 1 EL salt + 2 eggs, 20 minutes.
• Note: Default setting: Speed 2 / 20 mins / 100 °C. The highest speed
is Speed 4, the highest temperature is 100 °C.

Steam
Select MENU function, choose STEAM, and then, press ON/OFF.
This can steam foods, such as carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom
and so on. It needs to add 500-1000 ml water inside the jar before
steaming. The steaming time depends on quantity. If the foods are
not cook completely, it need to be extended the steaming time. It
needs to add water for 250 ml per 15 minutes if steaming time ext-
ends beyond 30 minutes.
• Carrots: 800 g, cut into pieces (0,5 cm), 35 minutes.
• Broccoli: 800 g, cut into pieces, 25 minutes.
• Cauliflower: 800 g, cut into pieces, 20-25 minutes.
• Mushroom: 500 g, 20 minutes.
• Green beans: 500 g, 20-25 minutes.
• Small Potato: 500 g, 30 minutes.
• Fish steak: 800 g, 20-25 minutes
• Friesh spinach: 500 g, 15-20 minutes.
