Troubleshooting
If your device fails, please refer to the help information in the table below rst. If
the problem cannot be solved, please contact the local maintenance department.
Problem Solution
The machine cannot produce water.
Check if the water tank is lled with
water.
Check if the lter element is blocked
by too much contamination.
The water ow has decreased.
Check whether the lter element is too
dirty or has exceeded its service life.
The water does not taste good.
Check that the lter element does not
need to be replaced after the service
life has been exceeded.
The water does not taste good.
1. Check whether parts of the machine
have been dismantled without
permission.
2. Check whether the parts are
screwed tightly at the seepage point,
whether the teeth are offset or
whether they are sliding.
3. Check whether the silicone sealing
ring at the leaking point is aged or
damaged.
The hot water does not reach the
specied temperature.
1. Too much hot water has been
consumed in a short period of time.
2. Power is off.
Leakage current and induced current
of machine body.
The machine is badly grounded.
The device cannot generate heat.
1. Check whether the power is on.
2. The thermostat protection on the
heating bucket will not reset.
Contact the customer service or a
repair service.
