TIPS FOR USE
Hickory chips impart a pungent, smoky bacon like avor that goes particularly well 
with pork-ham, ribs, etc.
Mesquite chips are good for smoking most meats - particularly beef - and
vegetables. They impart a strong earthy avor.
Apple and cherry woods work well with poultry, game birds and pork. These
woods provide a slightly sweet butdenser, fruity smoke avor.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not clean smoker until it has cooled.
Dispose of ash and burnt wood chips in a non-ammable receptacle.
Once cooled, clean body of smoker with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse smoker in water or other liquids.
For a thorough clean, remove the nozzle and disconnect the top portion containing
the wood chip receptacle from the body. The head, including the smoking chamber,
can be washed with warm water and mild detergent. Allow to air dry.
Storage: ensure smoker is dry before storing.
