QUARTZ DATA BACK
This camera has a quartz clock and
automatic calendar through the year 2099.
You can choose from three formats:
(year/month/day, day/month/year, or
month/day/year) or time format
(day, hour/minute). When you hold the
camera horizontally to take pictures, the
data is recorded onto the lower right portion
of the picture. In the vertical format with the
shutter button up, it’s imprinted on the lower
left portion but positioned horizontally on
the picture.
Setting the date
1. Press
ON
/
OFF
(23) to uncover the lens/
lens cover (7) and to turn on the camera.
2. Press
DATE
(15) and hold until the first
numbers on the LCD panel (17) “blink.”
