Why is my Kodiak Pressure Washer not delivering maximum pressure?
    • A
      Andre MccarthyAug 12, 2025
If your Kodiak Pressure Washer isn't delivering maximum pressure despite the engine running, start by checking the water supply. Ensure the water faucet is fully open and inspect the garden hose for any kinks, leaks, or blockages. Using a garden hose with a minimum diameter of 5/8" is recommended. Also, the water inlet screen or the nozzle may be clogged, so remove and clean them. Additionally, verify that the spray nozzle is set to the high-pressure position. If the unit was exposed to freezing temperatures, thaw it out completely, including the hose, gun, and wand.

What to do if Kodiak KC3250GPC Pressure Washer output pressure varies?
    • C
      Calvin WilkinsonAug 16, 2025
If the output pressure of your Kodiak Pressure Washer varies between high and low, start by ensuring that the water supply isn't restricted. Open the water faucet fully and check the garden hose for kinks, leaks, or blockages. It's also possible that the pump is sucking air; inspect hoses and fittings to ensure they are airtight. Purge the pump by turning off the machine and squeezing the gun trigger until water flows steadily through the nozzle. Additionally, the water inlet screen or the nozzle may be obstructed and need cleaning. Running distilled vinegar through the machine can help with calcification. Finally, check for leaks downstream of the unloader valve; if none are found, the unloader itself may require service.

Why is my Kodiak KC3250GPC not dispensing detergent?
    • C
      cindy56Aug 19, 2025
If you're not getting any detergent from your Kodiak Pressure Washer, first make sure the black-colored detergent nozzle is properly attached. Check that the adjustable detergent knob is open. Verify that the detergent suction tube is correctly connected and that its filter isn't clogged; run warm water through the filter to clear any debris. Ensure the detergent suction tube isn't damaged or blocked; remove any obstructions or replace the tube if needed. The nozzle could also be obstructed, so clean it. Lastly, confirm that the detergent container isn't empty and replace it if it is.
