Why is my Kodiak CG2350T engine running, but pump not delivering maximum pressure?

  Several factors can cause this issue. The water supply might be restricted, so open the water faucet to full force and check the garden hose for kinks, leaks, or blockages. Ensure you are using a minimum 5/8" diameter garden hose. The water inlet screen could be clogged, or the nozzle might be obstructed, so clean them. Check if the spray nozzle is in low-pressure mode and adjust it to the high-pressure position. Finally, if the unit has been stored in freezing temperatures, thaw it out completely, including the hose, gun, and wand.

  First, make sure the gas tank is full. If that's not the issue, consult the Engine Owner’s Manual for instructions on the engine throttle position and choke position. Also, press the gun trigger to discharge any residual pressure that may have built up in the unit.

  This could be due to a restricted water supply. Open the water faucet to full force and inspect the garden hose for any kinks, leaks, or blockages. Another cause might be the pump sucking air. Check that all hoses and fittings are airtight. Turn off the machine and purge the pump by squeezing the gun trigger until a steady flow of water emerges through the nozzle. Also, the water inlet screen or the nozzle may be obstructed and require cleaning.
