Disassembly
5. If equipped, remove the two screws securing
the heavy-duty air cleaner bracket, take o the
bracket and slide the thro le body o the intake
manifold. See Figure 8-21.

4. Disconnect the vent hose from beneath the
thro le body. See Figure 8-20.

2. Disconnect the Black and Grey electrical
connectors from the ECU. See Figure 8-23.

3. Disconnect the thro le position sensor connector.

Remove the Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
1. Remove the two hex ange screws securing the
ECU to the bracket. See Figure 8-22.
