  If no soap is coming out of your Kohler Dispenser, there are several potential causes. First, the sensor lens might be dirty, so try wiping it with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Another reason might be that the sensor assembly cable or the tube (soap and air) is disconnected; in this case, reconnect them. Also, verify the power supply connection. If you've recently refilled the soap, the pump may need priming. A blocked dispensing tube or check valve can also prevent soap from dispensing, so clean it with warm water. Lastly, make sure there isn't an object within the sensor range, and if so, remove it and wait 20 seconds.
