DISASSEMBLY/REASSEMBLY
Clean the ltering element with air blast. Air must be blown
frominsidetooutsidethecartridgeatadistanceofatleast15
cmfromthepaper.
Lightly and repeatedly tap the element on a hard surface to
eliminateallexcessdirt.
Openaircleaner(g.4).
Unscrewthewingnut1(g.4a)andremovethelterelement(g.5).
ChecktherubbersealisundamagedA(g.5a)
Cleanthelteringelementwithairblast.
Ifthelteringelementhasbeenalreadycleanedothertimes,orifitis
irreparablyclogged,throwitawayandreplace.
RettheairlterandmakesurethesealAisproperlyinserted,then
tightenthewingnut1.
Makesurethatthelterismountedinthecorrectwayother-
wise dust and other impurities could illtrate into the intake
ducts.
Prelter for dry air lter
Removeandcleanthepre-lterifclogged.
