3. See Fig. #7 . Slide one male threaded adapter (not supplied)
over each riser. Solder male threaded adapters to risers. Top
of adapter should be 39-1/8” (99.4cm) above floor after
soldering.
Risk of damage to mounting box. Do not
solder inside mounting box.

4. See Fig. #8 . Check fit of mounting box in opening. Tilt bottom
of mounting box into hole in finished wall so that supply risers
pass through holes in mounting box and force down and into
position. It may be necessary to pull risers slightly forward to
align with holes in mounting box. After checking fit, remove
mounting box.

5. See Fig. #9 . Secure 24” (61cm) of SJO cord from
transformer enclosure with strain relief bushing supplied.

Apply Sealant
6. Apply adhesive sealant around back of mounting box lip.
Perform Steps 7. and 8. immediately since sealant sets up in
minutes.
7. Tilt bottom of mounting box into hole in finished wall so supply
risers pass through holes in mounting box, and force down
and into position. (See Step 4.)
