Why is my Konig CMP-UPS500 UPS always in battery mode?

  Your Konig UPS might be in battery mode due to several reasons. The power cord could be loose (try replacing it). The mains fuse might have blown (replace the mains fuse). It is possible that the mains voltage is too high, too low, or has failed (this is a normal state). Finally, the circuit board could be defective, in which case you should replace the circuit board and call for service.
