What to do if Kortho GraphicJet X font required cannot be downloaded to the system?

If the required font cannot be downloaded to the Kortho Printer system, it may be too large, and a message will be displayed, or the file on the USB thumb drive may be corrupt. Ensure when transferring from a PC the USB thumbdrive is removed properly.
