10.3.5 DVD settings
Touch the button to enter DVD settings.
• TV System: NTSC, PAL, Auto: Use this option to set NTSC, PAL or automatic
change of the video format.
• TV type
4:3PS/4:3LB/16:9: Use this option to choose between 4:3 Pan Scan, 4:3 Letter
Box or 16:9 format.
• Password
Use this function to set the DVD password protection. Default is „0000“.

10.3.6 Ratings
Use this feature to make the DVD player kid safe. The rating of the disc is from 1 to 8. 1
with the most limits when playing. 8 with least limits when playing. Original settings: 8.
• Brightness: Adjust brightness with (00 to 12).
• Contrast: Adjust settings with (00 to 12).
• Hue: Adjust hue with (00 to 12).
• Saturation: Adjust saturation with (00 to 12).
• Default: Restore: If this item is selected, the device will return to the original
settings.
10.3.7 Radio settings
Touch to enter language settings menu.
• Loc, Dx: Choose to select local or distant radio stations. Loc: Only stations with
strong signals. Dx: Stations with strong and weak signals.
• St, Mono: Choose between FM mono and stereo.
• AF On/Off, Alternative Frequency: Choose to set function on or off (refer to the
RDS chapter).
• TA: On/Off, Traffic Announcements: Choose to set function on or off (refer to
the RDS chapter)
• TA SEEK/TA ALARM: TA SEEK: Refer to the RDS chapter.
• TA VOL 8-34: Adjust the volume settings of TA mode.
• RETUNE L/RETUNE S: Choose the time interval of 45 or 180 seconds for the
der TA SEEK function.
