If the cabinet temperature in your KRATOS Commercial Food Equipment is too warm, there might be several reasons. First, check if the thermostat is set too high and lower the temperature. Ensure that airflow isn't blocked by rearranging products and providing at least four inches of clearance from the fan. Also, make sure the door is completely closed.
