Buffer Tank Access

Remove the cover of the buffer tank to access it for filling.

Water Filling and Level Check

Fill the unit with water and check the level in the sight glass.

Glycol Addition for Low Temperatures

Add food-safe glycol for operation below +8°C or ambient temperatures below 0°C.

Pump Bleeding Procedure

Bleed the pump by removing and retightening the bleed screw once medium exits.

Electrical Plug Connection

Equip the machine with the correct local plug with appropriate amperage.

Rotating Field Verification

Measure and ensure the chiller is connected for correct clockwise rotation.

Final Start-up Procedure

Close the control cabinet and turn on the main switch to start the chiller operation.

Pump Pressure Capacity Check

Check pump pressure capacity and ensure water system compatibility.

Pump Pressure Adjustment

Adjust the pump pressure using the differential pressure switch as per manual.
