The machine is unable to detect the
pouch. Either the start button is flash-
ing yellow or hot water is extracted
instead of a product.
2 Open the cleaning door. Clean the
camera near the pouch holder with
a soft wet cloth. Close the cleaning
door.
Do not use an abrasive sponge or a
cleaning product.
3 Reinsert the pod bin, then the pouch
holder and close the pouch door.

1 Open the pouch door. Check if
the pouch is well inserted. Flip it
and reinsert it. If the pouch is well
inserted and the start button still
flashes yellow, remove the pouch
holder, then the pod bin.
