14.5 Changing the fuses of individual electrical power consumers

The fuse box containing the fuses of individual electrical power consumers is located under the seat.
Preparatory work
– Remove the seat. ( p. 59)

– Remove the faulty fuse.
Guideline
Fuse 1 - 10 A - EFI control unit, oil pump, electronic fuel
injection, diagnostics connector
Fuse 2 - not assigned
Fuse 3 - not assigned
Fuse 4 - 5 A - fuel pump
Fuses SPARE - 10 A/5 A - spare fuse

Warning
Fire hazard Incorrect fuses overload the electrical sys-
tem.
– Only use fuses with the required ampere value.
– Do not bypass or repair fuses.
– Insert the spare fuse with the correct rating.
