5.1 Assembly
Preliminary work
– Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand (see owner's manual).
– Remove the front wheel (see owner’s manual).
– Remove the fork legs (see owner's manual).
– Remove start number plate (see Owner's Manual).
– Remove the front fender (see Owner's Manual).
– Take off the handlebar cushion.
– Remove the lower triple clamp (see Owner's Manual).
Preassembly of upper triple clamp

Remove screws

and bottom handlebar supports

from the original triple clamp and take off top
handlebar support

–
Remove rubber bushing

and
bn
from the original triple clamp.
–
Mount rubber bushing
bm
and
bn
on the upper triple clamp

(included).
–
Mount and tighten screws

together with bottom handlebar supports

and top handlebar
supports
bl
.
– Position the handlebar.
–
Mount and tighten screws
