Thread the hitch bolt with washers into the hitch, secure bolt
with cotter pin. Tigthen with 8mm allen or 9mm box wrench.
Insert rack into hitch.

For 1-1/4” hitches remove 2”
hitch adapter by removing
6mm socket bolt.
