Step 3: (Figure 15)
• Remove the draw bar (item 5) from the
tractor in order to free the rear subframe
(item 6).
Step 4: (Figure 6)
• Sit on the tractor seat and start the engine.
Using the hydraulic valve lever, lower the
male quick hitch to the ground until the
cylinder (item 4) is completely extended.
This operation will lower the rear subframe
(item 6). Shut off the engine.
• Reinstall the tractor draw bar (item 5).
Disconnect the two hoses from the tractor's
hydraulic valve ports. Remove the two
hoses from the three hose supports located
on the tractor (see figure 6c). Reinstall the
dust caps and plugs on the hydraulic
connectors of the hoses and the tractor
valve.
• Make sure the subframe components do
not interfere with the tractor before backing
away from the subframe. Sit on the tractor
seat, start the engine and remove the
parking brake. Back the tractor away slowly
until the subframe is cleared.
