SUBFRAME MAINTENANCE
1. After the first 8 hours of operation, retighten
all nuts and bolts on the subframe
according to the torque specification table.
Then, make this verification every 40 hours
of operation.
2. Every 20 hours of operation, lubricate the
two pivot bushings (Fig. 3, item 1) with oil
having a viscosity index SAE of 10
minimum (example: 10W30).
MAINTENANCE OF THE L2182 & L2183 DRIVE KITS (OPTIONS)
(Figure 17)
1. Grease the flange bearings every 20 hours
of operation (item 1).
2. Grease the universal joints on drivelines
every 40 hours of operation (item 2).
3. Clean and grease the sliding junctions of
the male and female driveline every 40
hours of operation (item 3).
4. Clean and grease the output shaft
extremities and all quick connect yokes on
the drivelines after each 40 hours of
operation.
IMPORTANT: In case you use the subframe
and drive kit less than 20 hours every year,
perform step 2 of the Subframe
Maintenance section and steps 1 to 4 in
Maintenance of the Drive Kits section, at
least once a year, and before storage.
