2. When
the coolant level drops due to evaporation,
add soft water only up to the full level.
In case of leakage, add antifreeze and soft water in
the specified mixing ratio up to the full level.
(See Flushing the cooling system and changing the
coolant on page 99)
IMPORTANT :
• Use clean, fresh soft water and antifreeze to
fill the radiator.
• If coolant should leak, consult your local
KUBOTA Dealer.
3. When the coolant level is lower than the “LOW”
mark of the recovery tank, remove the radiator cap
and check to see that the coolant level is just below
the port.
If the coolant level is low, add coolant.

• If
You have to remove the radiator cap,
follow the preceding warning and securely
retighten the radiator cap.
6. Cleaning the evacuator valve
1. Open the evacuator valve.
2. Get
rid of large particles of dust and dirt of the
evacuator valve.

7. Cleaning the grill, the radiator
screen, and the oil cooler
WARNING
T
o avoid personal injury or death:
• Be sure to stop the engine and remove the
starter key before removing the radiator screen.
• Before checking or cleaning the panel, wait long
enough until it cools down.
IMPORTANT :
• Clean the grill and screen from debris to
prevent the engine from overheating and to
allow good air intake for the air cleaner.
1. Check
the front grill and side screens to be sure
that they are clean of debris.
