  If your Kubota Lawn Mower engine is hard to start or won't start, several factors could be at play. Start by checking the fuel tank and fuel filter, replacing the filter if needed. Also, ensure the fuel line coupler bolt and nut are tight and bleed the fuel system. In cold weather, use oils with different viscosities or consider using an engine block heater. Weak battery? Clean the battery cables and terminals, charge the battery, and in cold weather, remove the battery, charge it, and store it indoors until use. Finally, inspect the intake air heater system, checking the slow blow fuse and the heater's function in cold conditions.

Check the function of the intake air heater in cold weather. Heat the muffler by applying load to the engine. Check the injection nozzle and change the fuel and fuel filter.
