EVERY 200 HOURS
BChecking Spark Plug [T1880]
Every 200 hours of operation or every 2 years check
the spark plug condition and gap.
1. Lift hood.
2. Remove the spark plug wire from spark plug.
3. Use a spark plug wrench to remove plug.
A This engine is equipped with resistor-type spark plug.
4. Inspect spark plug for cracked porcelain, pitted
electrodes, or other wear and damage. Replace spark
plug if necessary.
5. Check spark plug gap with gap gauge.
