Note: If the auger is difcult to remove, replace the lid and operate in reverse for about 3
seconds then start over again from step 1 .
4. Turnthebowlinananti-clockwisedirectiontounlockthengentlyliftoffthebowl
from the base.
5. Disassemble the components in the following order.
a. Food chute
b. Auger
c. Strainer
d. Rotating basket
e. Bowl
6. Using the included cleaning brush, thoroughly clean each of the components in
warm soapy water.
7. Fibrous material can build up in the
waste extraction chute.
To clear the blockage, remove the
silica pad as shown. Use the cleaning
brush to assist.
8. Do not use abrasive clothes or liquids
toclean.DonotwashtheSlowJuicer
base. You can clean this using a
moist cloth.
9. Airdryallcomponentsbeforeyoure-assembletheunit.
Tip: Use the cleaning brush hook to get rid of any hard to remove residue or pulp from the
waste extraction chute.
