  If the ice is too large and the pieces are sticking together, it could be due to a wrong ice size selection or ice from previous cycles left in the water tray. Select a smaller ice size. If the issue continues, unplug the power and plug it in again to restart the unit.

  If the water shortage indicator light is illuminated, it means either there is no water or the pump is full of air. First, add water until it reaches the MAX position. If that doesn't resolve the issue, press the POWER button to restart the Kumio Ice Maker.
