In
the Decision state, we discover (via the CSW)
w~ether
the
FIFO is full (FIFOFUL), whether the channel (via the Channel
~oard)
is
requesting a sample (CHRDRQ), and whether the 68000 is currently
accessing soundfile ROM. Anytime the FIFO is not full, the CGP
performs a DMA from soundfile
memQry
to
the FIFO, however it may
have
to
wait for the CPU-soundfile transfer (CPSFIP)
to
complete. If
the channel is requesting a sample, it can service this request
during a DMA
cycle, or to State 5 if the FIFO is already full.
