The Zone Specific Parameters
Aux Send Level
TheAuxSendLevelparameterdeterminesthesendlevelfortheauxiliaryeffectsofthe
currentlyselectedZone.Youcanselectanylevelfrom0to127.PressingbothValuebuttons
simultaneouslywillsetthisparameterto20.
NewintheV2OS,youcannowsettheAuxSend
Levelparameterto‐1.Asettingof‐1setsthe
AuxSendLeveltousethevalueoriginallyusedbytheprograminProgrammode.Thisisa
convenientwaytosetagoodAuxSendLevelifyouareunsureofwhatleveltoset.

Global Mode
Global Mode Stored Parameters
Globalmodecontainsparametersthatallowyoutocustomizetheoverallperformanceand
MIDIsettingsoftheSP4(seeChapter9inTheSP4Musician’sGuidefordetailsoneachGlobalmode
parameter).SomeGlobalmodeparameters(suchastuning)areresettoadefaultsettingeach
timetheSP4
isturnedon.ForotherGlobalmodeparameters,theSP4remembersthesettingyou
chooseandstoresyoursettingsintheSP4.TostoresettingsforGlobalmodeparameters,you
mustexitGlobalmodebypressingoneoftheProgram, Setup,orEditSetupFunctionbuttons.
Globalmodesettingsare
savedwhenexitingGlobalmode.StoredGlobalmodesettingswillbe
usedbytheSP4thenexttimetheSP4ispoweredon.
ThefollowingGlobalmodeparametersarestored intheSP4:
•VelocityMap(VMap)
•FXSelect(FXSel)
• ChannelEnable(Chan1‐Chan16)
• Destination(Dest)
• BankSelect(BankSel)
•ProgramChange(ProgChg)

Note:TheparameterslistedabovewillbesettotheirdefaultvaluesafterperformingaHard
