2. If you already install other video device (ex. Webcam…), they might have some
shortcut in the take bar. Please close them as well before you install our software.
3. If you are playing some video or sound programs (ex. Beyond TV…), they might
have some shortcut in the take bar. Please close them as well before you install our
software.
After check those steps, please reference Q2 to install.
Q5.Cannot scan any channel and preview.
A:
1. Digital signal is weak, please change setting place for antenna.
2. Please plug in your USB box and check “device manager”.
After you confirm the driver install properly, please reinstall DVB-T PLUS and scan
again.
Q6.How to know what driver and application version we use?
