ISSUE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Can’t establish
Bluetooth
Connection
1. Shorten the distance between your speaker
and Bluetooth device
2. Make sure both your device and the speaker
are in pairing mode
3. Make sure your Bluetooth device isn’t connected
to another device.
4. Make sure your speaker is not connected to
another device.
5. Make sure you have selected the correct speaker
on your device.
6. Turn your device and your speaker off and on and
restart the pairing process.
7. Make sure your device supports Bluetooth v. 4.2
ISSUE POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Can’t connect
to Wi-Fi
1. Make sure your router/modem is on and that
you’re within range.
2. Make sure the speaker and your device are connected
to the same network.
3. Make sure the wireless network isn’t disturbed by
other networks, DECT phones or microwave ovens.
