Why won't my KYMCO Scooter start?

Your KYMCO Scooter might not start due to several reasons. It could be an empty fuel tank, a clogged fuel line between the fuel tank and carburetor, or a clogged float oil passage. In these cases, check if fuel reaches the carburetor by loosening the drain screw. Other potential causes include a faulty charging system (test spark by connecting the spark plug to engine ground), a weak or dead battery (check if the battery is charged and functional), air leaking through the intake pipe (use appropriate sealing methods), incorrect ignition timing (check ignition timing using a timing light), or a wet spark plug (remove spark plug and inspect again).
