Disconnectthepowerfromthemachinebeforeyouperformthe

followingproceduresoryoumaybeinjuredbythemovingdrivebeltsandpulleys,orreceive

anelectricshock.

1. Checkalltheitemsintheweeklyandsemi‐annualmaintenance sections.

2. Checktherewinddrivebeltforwear.Replaceifnecessary.

3. Examinemovingpartsforexcessivewear.Replaceanywornparts.

4. Forlongstroketampsonly‐Removethetamprods.Cleanthetamprodsandthetamp

blockbearings.Re‐lubricatethetampblockbearingswithAeroshellgrease#7.


