Assemble the neck and head
1. Assemble and reattach the neck to torso.
Note
A written neck assembling guide is included.
2. The flat side of the neck must face outward.
3. Do not tighten the screws and washers too much.
4. Mount the head on the neck.
5. Insert the neck screw to hold the head and neck in place.
6. Tighten the neck-head assembly with a nut.
Replace the lungs
1. Roll down the lung protector bag to expose the cable tie around the lung bag.
2. Cut the cable tie that holds the lung bag and the airway tube.
3. Pull the airway tube out.
4. Take the new lung and insert the airway tube into the lung bag.
5. Roll down lung protector bag and tighten the airway tube using a new cable tie.
6. Repeat the process on the other lung.
7. Place the foam pad inside the chest and the tubes in their housing.
Note
Make sure the tubes are on top of the foam parts.
Replace the airway assembly
1. Take out the old foam pieces.
2. Put the foam padding on the mouth part of the airway assembly.
3. Put the foam padding behind the mouth.
4. Connect the stomach tube to the airway assembly.
5. Connect the tongue inflation tube to the airway assembly.
6. Place the white protector behind the airway assembly.
Reattach the lungs assembly
1. Connect each lung bag to the airway assembly.
2. Secure the tubes with new cable ties.
3. Cut the cable ties ends to fit.
4. Place the lung bags inside the chest cavity.Connect the mid-clavicle bladders tube to the air tube.
5. Cut off worn ends on the air tube if needed.
