What to do if laerdal Suction Unit Medical Equipment LSU operates, but has little or no suction?

If your Laerdal LSU operates but provides little or no suction, consider these potential causes and solutions: * The floater valve may be closed. Unplug the Filter/Vacuum Tubing to release the vacuum. * The canister might be full. Remove and replace the Canister. * There could be a poor vacuum connection between the Pump Unit and Canister. Ensure you install the Vacuum Connector Tubing correctly. * The Patient Suction Tubing may be twisted or blocked. Untwist the Patient Suction Tubing and/or clear any blockage, or replace the tubing.
