Replace the Chest Bladders

Remove the legs
1. Remove the screw on each side of the hips to loosen the legs.
2. Remove the legs.
Remove the head skin
1. Unfasten the neck skin at the back of the neck.
2. Remove the neck skin.
3. Unfasten the elastic straps at the back of the head.
4. Unfasten the attachment points on each ear.
5. Peel off the head skin.
6. Disconnect the carotid pulse wires connecting the head skin to the neck.
7. Finish peeling off the head skin.
Replace the upper teeth
1. Remove the upper teeth.
2. Peel off the torso skin.
Note
Make sure not to damage the ECG studs.
3. Remove the chest plate and set it aside without disconnecting the wires.
4. Remove the screws holding the jaw.
5. Remove the jaw.
6. Remove the screws holding the upper plate inside the mouth.
7. Remove the lung bags from the chest cavity to expose the airway assembly.
8. Cut the two cable ties holding the lung tubes and airway assembly.
9. Disconnect the lung tubes from the airway assembly.
10. Remove the white protector, foam pad and compression pad from the chest cavity.
11. Unscrew the stomach tube and disconnect it from the airway assembly.
12. Remove the foam padding from the airway assembly.
13. Disconnect the tongue inflation tube.
14. Remove the airway assembly.
Remove the head
1. Remove the screw securing the head on the neck.
2. Remove the head.
