Replace the Chest Bladders

Remove the neck
1. Remove the screw securing the neck on the torso.
2. Remove the neck from the torso.
Remove the mid-axillary bladders
1. Lift the right arm to access the mid-axillary cover.
2. Remove the mid-axillary cover.
3. Disconnect the mid-axillary bladder from the air tube.
4. Remove the mid-axillary bladder.
5. Repeat the action on the left side.
Remove the mid-clavicle bladders
1. Take the chest assembly that was set aside.
2. Inside the chest assembly, remove the screws securing the bladder retainer plate.
3. Remove the bladder retainer plate.
4. Remove the mid-clavicle bladder assembly.
5. Remove the airway assembly.
Replace the mid-clavicle bladders
1. Put the mid-clavicle bladders in the chest cavity.
Note
Make sure the chest bladders are flat and correctly inserted in the chest cavity.
2. Put the bladder retainer plate in place.
Note
Make sure the mid-clavicle bladder tubes fit in the bladder retainer plate slits.
3. Screw the bladder retainer plate in place.
4. Connect the mid-clavicle bladders tube to the air tube.
5. Cut off worn ends on the air tube if needed.
Replace the mid-axillary bladders
1. Remove the connectors from the old mid-axillary bladder assembly and connect them on
the new ones.
2. Connect the mid-axillary bladder to the air tube.
3. Insert the mid-axillary bladder inside the mid-axillary cover.
4. Insert the mid-axillary cover with the rib pattern facing outward.
