Secure the airways inside the head
1. Place the airways inside the head.
2. Align the holes on each side of the airways to the pegs on each upper jaw.
3. Put the upper plate inside the mouth and tighten it with screws.
Replace the upper teeth
1. Place the jaw underneath the mouth and above the airway assembly.
2. Tighten the jaw with screws.
Notes
• Make sure the screw goes through both the jaw and mouth part of the airway assembly.
• Make sure the tongue inflation tube passes between the jaw and airway assembly.
3. Place the lower teeth inside the mouth and tighten it with screws.
4. Take the new the upper teeth.
5. Place the new upper teeth inside the mouth.
6. Place the compression plug in the spring inside the chest.
Prepare the new head skin bladders
1. Remove the carotid pulse units from the inside of the old head skin.
Note
Use the new carotid pulse units if they are included in the kit.
2. Insert the carotid pulse units inside the new head skin.
Note
For easier access, insert them through the front of the head skin.
3. Make sure the wire connection part of the carotid pulse units faces downward.
4. If the carotid pulse units are not placed correctly, it will be impossible to connect the carotid
pulse wires.
5. Connect the carotid pulse wires to the carotid pulse units.
Attach the new head skin bladders
1. Place the head skin over the head.
2. Place the cables so they are not trapped between the head skin and the head.
3. Place the head skin over the ears and behind the head.
4. Attach the elastic straps behind the head.
