> Exposure Calculation – allows you to set how the camera calculates the exposure
(aperture) of the image (according to the values measured in the centre of the image
or according to the average of the values measured from the whole image).
> LDC – fisheye correction. Image stabilization is automatically turned off when the LDC
is turned on.
CAMERA SETTINGS:
> Screensaver – automatically turns off the screen after a selected time whilst idle or
recording video.
> Auto Power Off – automatically turns off the camera after a selected period of time
of inactivity.
> Launch – selects in which mode the camera is in when it is turned on.
> WiFi – sets the WiFi name and password.
> Factory Reset – restores the default camera settings.
> Format – deletes all data on the memory card.
> Language – changes the language of the camera menu.
> Time settings – sets the date and time.
CAUTION: Removing the battery from the camera will reset the date and time settings.
The next time you turn on the camera, you will automatically be prompted to set the
date and time.
> Button Sounds – turns on/off sounds of the buttons/touchscreen.
> Timestamp – turns on/off the date and time being displayed on the resulting video
and photo.
> Image Rotation – inverts the camera image by 180°.
> Network Frequency – allows you to select a frequency in accordance with the grid
frequency (50 Hz on the European continent, 60 Hz in America and parts of Asia).
> Video Standard – allows you to choose between NTSC and PAL standards. NTCS is
an analogue television system that is mainly used in North America. PAL is designed
to be compatible with European video frequency.
> Scene – selects different scene modes depending on the surrounding conditions.
> WDR – Wide Dynamic Range – software image adjustment where light spots are dar-
kened and dark spots are lightened for a better-balanced image.
ADDITIONAL CAMERA SETTINGS:
To access additional camera settings, swipe your finger down the screen.
In this menu you can perform the following actions:
> Enable/Disable WiFi – touch the icon to enable/disable WiFi.
> Activate/Deactivate the remote control – touch the icon to activate/deactivate
the camera‘s remote-control access.
