If your Lancaster Water Filtration System is leaking water, several factors could be the cause. First, examine the o-ring seal on the gland nut for any damage; ensure it is correctly placed, clean, and moistened before reinstalling. If the issue persists, consider replacing the o-ring. Condensation on the reactor chamber due to high humidity and cold water may also cause leaks, so it's important to manage the humidity in the system's location. Check the inlet/outlet port connections, and reseal them with Teflon® tape if they are misaligned or cross-threaded. Finally, water hammer causing pressure spikes can lead to leaks, so installing a water hammer arrestor in the plumbing system might be necessary.
