Excessive foaming in your Lancer Beverage Dispenser can occur due to several reasons: * The incoming water or syrup temperature might be too high; correct this at the dispenser. * The water flow rate could be too high; readjust and reset the Brix. * The nozzle and diffuser may not be clean; remove and clean them. * They might also be improperly installed; remove and install them correctly. * The CO pressure might be too high; check for the proper pressure setting.
