  If the Ethernet LEDs on your Lantronix Print Server aren't lighting up, ensure the Ethernet patch cable is securely connected to both the xPrintServer's Ethernet port and the Ethernet hub or switch at both ends. If it still doesn't work, try swapping the patch cable for a known good cable. Also, make sure to use a straight CAT5 (or greater) Ethernet patch cable, not a crossover Ethernet cable, to connect to the network drop.
