CHANGING A FILTER
The brewer comes tted with a required internal particle lter that
your beverage distributor can access through the top of the brewer. In
addition, the brewer must also be used with an in-line water lter to
prevent the brewer from being damaged over time. Both lters should
be changed in line with the lter manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure
optimal ltration and protection of the brewer. Contact your beverage
distributor for support.
INTERNAL FLUSHING
From the Operator menu, a ush of the brewer can be performed. This
is the same process that is used to ush the brewer during a setup
(detailed in the previous “Setting up your brewer” section). However, it is
advised to empty the drip tray and Freshpack bin before doing a ush.
A ush should always be performed before and after a long-term
storage. It is also advisable to ush the brewer after relocation to
ensure a quality vend. Do not add detergent through the lter hole.
