TROUBLESHOOTING
Suspected malfunctions are often due to causes that the user can x themselves.
Therefore, check the product using this section. In most cases the problem can be solved quickly.

All further inspection, maintenance and repair work must be performed by an authorized service center
or a similarly qualied specialist if you cannot solve the problem yourself!
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The blower will
not blow or suck
debris.
The bag is full. Empty the bag.
The tube is blocked. Clear the blockage.
Blocked impeller. Clear the blockage.
The bag is dirty or torn. Clean or replace the bag.
The bag is unzipped. Zip up the bag.
The plug is not connected. Connect the plug.
Motor is overheated or
overcurrented.
Turn the tool o and wait several
minutes for the motor to cool down.
Motor fails to
start when On/O
switch is turned
on.
The blower is unplugged.
Check the cord to make sure it is
plugged into an electrical outlet.
On/O switch is in the OFF position.
Slide the switch to high or low.
Defective On/O switch.

Vacuum tubes are not correctly
installed.
Check vacuum tubes to ensure that they
are correctly installed allowing the switch
to be engaged.
Vacuum gate/port is not closed.
Ensure that port/cover is fully closed and
locked.
House circuit may have tripped.
Check wall circuit breaker panel and
reset if necessary.
Motor is overheated or
overcurrented.
Turn the tool o and wait several
minutes for the motor to cool down.
