TROUBLESHOOTING
No charging
procedure possible.
The battery contacts are
contaminated.
Clean the battery contacts (e.g. by
inserting and removing the battery
several times) or replace the battery.
Socket outlet, fuse, mains cable
or battery charger are defective.
Check the mains voltage and fuse.
If necessary, contact the After Sales
Helpline.
The battery has a fault. Replace the battery.
The charge control
LEDs do not light up
after inserting the
mains plug into the
socket.
Mains plug of the battery charger
is not plugged in properly.
Insert mains plug fully into the socket
outlet.
Socket outlet, mains cable or
battery charger are defective.
Check the mains voltage and if
necessary, contact the After Sales
Helpline.
Plug Fuse Blown. Check and replace fuse in the plug.
All lights ash red
during software
update.
Software update has failed.
Check that the software le is
correctly named. Ensure USB stick
contains only the software le and is
otherwise blank. Ensure software in
not contained in a folder.
