Why can't I download additional stories on my LeapFrog On-the-Go Story Pal Toy?
If you're unable to download additional stories, it could be because the LeapFrog® Connect application isn't installed or isn't working correctly. For the first case, you should install the LeapFrog® Connect application on your PC or Mac. If the application is not working, disconnect the On-the-Go Story Pal™ device and restart the LeapFrog® Connect application. Then, reconnect the On-the-Go Story Pal™ device to your computer again using a micro USB cable.
